Conference summary

The conference will begin with a metaphorical approach to emotions and feelings prevalent in patients, based on a brief survey of a small sample of these. It will be followed, based on acrostics, the development of the conducts and attitudes that will best allow dealing with the most likely reactions in the context of care, considering that the dental assistant is often the 1st face of the clinics.
Three pillars will be referenced for the constructive support of the intervention of the dental assistant.
It will end with another metaphor in the way of a tale in order to encourage debate.
