Conference summary

Orthodontics, although known mainly for its integral treatments, is often necessary as a preparatory element in the viability of multidisciplinary oral rehabilitations. This conference will focus precisely on this auxiliary aspect of orthodontic treatment, more specifically on the added value temporary anchorage devices may present. The author will share several cases from his daily clinical practice, trying to demonstrate the advantages and limitations of these temporary anchorage devices.
