The Covid-19 Pandemic accelerated the digitalization of society and the economy.
The provision of medical and medical-dental care needed to adapt to these requirements very quickly. Of course, dentistry intervention often requires a physical presence with the patient, but consultation assisted by a specialist, remote monitoring, teleconsultation and teleradiology are new realities.
The constitution of teams in the digital world, the enrolment of new professionals and the possible internationalization of some of these services raise innovative legal challenges that will be discussed.
