Conference summary
The various discussions regarding the existence of an individual, restricted or long Centric Relationship, rehabilitating patients with changes in the Vertical Dimension of Occlusion, deprogramming methods and techniques for recording maxillomandibular relationships are detailed when the patient is the protagonist of the process and the physiological and mechanical mechanisms involved in the process of loss of functional stability are understood as well as the mechanisms to be achieved in the Rehabilitation of the functional system so that it acts with maximum balance, offering longevity to the treatments.
In this sense and respecting the various ideological paths and the numerous philosophies indicated, the course aims to present the 2and2 Concept Technique, a predictable and replicable protocol in the clinical routine of Oral Rehabilitation, aesthetic and functional, for the biomechanical and physiological Rehabilitation of patients with changes of DVO, with or without the associated presence of Parafunction.
