Conference summary

In our daily routine implantology practice, dental implants are placed in compromised areas that can produce several complications inclusive deficient aesthetic outcomes.
To overcome this, the clinic has to make a decision: to remove or maintain the implant in order to achieve the best functional and aesthetic stable result.
In my presentation techniques will be discussed to reconstruct ridge deficiencies after implant removal in preparation to perform the best implant placement position, soft tissue management and reach long term stable prosthetic implant supported treatment.
