Autograft is considered the gold standard in terms of bone grafting- However, there is some degree of morbidity associated with its donor site, as well as a set of complications inherent to more invasive surgeries.
For regenerative pprocedures, where autograft harvesting is not feasible, alternatives are needed that allow for a compatible, easy and effective way to achieve excelente results.
