Among the various treatment alternatives for fresh extraction sockets, immediate implants are frequently used in the clinical environment, but yet is scientifically questioned.
Decision criteria should be carefully observed, as well as the surgical and prosthetic procedures.
The objective of this lecture is to present an integrated protocol based on proper diagnosis followed by immediate implants, discussing in detail the critical aspects of this approach.
