Conference summary
In 34 years working in implantology, a lot of things changed, some for industry imposition in juncion with theirs researchers, also for the experience of the clinicians/researchers. In my case the learning curve is and will be forever. What I do today, I learned with older colleagues, and now with younger.
Today more than ever the concept ” Team work ” it’s obligatory. In my lecture I’ll try to show how esential it’s get together the experience and the new knowledge, achieved in team work with others colleagues as well as dental technicians.
