Conference summary
Oral Rehabilitation is a comprehensive field of Dental Medicine that demands planning and simulation. These two parameters are both challenging and time consuming. When we try to scale these processes the task becomes superhuman, making it difficult to keep track of the principles we like to apply to such cases in a daily basis.
The use of digital planning tools has revolutionized Oral Rehabilitation. I will show potential applications of these tools and discuss to what extent they can help us as well as the space that exists for improvement.
Focused aspects: reverse planning, virtual articulators, virtual face, digital waxing, surgical guides, multidisciplinary data integration, DVO digital management, digital workflow in the clinic’s daily routine.
