- Received DDS degree in 2000, Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry and finished
PhD in 2007 with the doctorate thesis entitled “Comparison of antibacterial effects of
dentin bonding agents in vitro.” - Continuing the academic career in the sameuniversity gained Assoc. Professorship degree in 2012
- With the academiccollaboration with Prof.Dr.David Bartlett, worked as a Visiting Lecturer in King’sCollege Dental Institute, Guy’s Hospital
- Beside having scientific publications ininternationally/nationally indexed journals, book chapters, lectured in variousinternational conferences, seminars and performed hands-on courses in restorativedentistry about adhesive dentistry, minimal invasive dentistry and restorativematerials

Conference summary
This lecture will address the new definition of oral health regarding the contemporary definition of overall health and wellbeing. Sample cases from different life phases starting from pregnancy to senescence including various complicated conditions such as systemic disorders or cancer treatment, where various regimes of prevention will be presented in regards to the caries risk existence and the required treatment plans. Besides minimally invasive direct restorations with newly developed adhesive materials, remineralising treatment choices and ultraminimal invasive treatment protocols will be discussed for a variety of high-caries-risk cases management via direct minimal invasive approach.
