Vital Pulp Therapy has brought together controversies and recently new developments, taking on one of the most exciting themes of Endodontics.

What is the success of Vital Pulp Therapy? What has changed so that this clinical approach can be a valid option in our daily clinical practice?

A better understanding of the responsiveness of vital pulp when subjected to accidental trauma, caries or unintentional pulp exposure by mechanical preparation is essential, as well are currently the best materials to be used.

This knowledge, based on the scientific literature, allows us to select and plan the approach to this type of clinical cases.
