Conference summary
Periodontics has undergone several modifications over time, especially with regard to the aesthetic question. New techniques have arisen in order to provide adequate conditions to assist the professional in the relation aesthetic pink/aesthetic white. The purpose of this conference is to review the main aspects related to aesthetic periodontal surgery. Periodontal biotype, biological space, increase of clinical crown in aesthetic areas, periodontal recovers and peri-implant will be emphasized. Strategies and surgical approaches will be considered. The complex and multidisciplinary etiology of Gingival Smile will be discussed, ranging from diagnosis to the treatment plan.
