Course objetives:

This presentation describes practical aspects and results of secure bone grafting techniques that make possible, in combination with adequate soft tissue management, long-term esthetic and functional implant restorations:

– Principles of grafting procedures and Bone Biology.
– Biologic concept for Bone Grafting Procedures
– Minimal invasive augmentation with autogenous bone
– Technique of safe harvesting of bone blocks
– Technique of block grafting (SBB technique and biological concept)
– Vertical 3D reconstructions
– Soft tissue management for graft protection and soft tissue augmentation: various types of incision, blood supply, Incisions in combination with different grafting techniques, Kazanjian´s vestibuloplasty, pedicle palatal flap, roll flap, rotation flap, apical reposition flap, free soft tissue graft, papilla reconstruction techniques…
