Conference summary

The implant-prosthesis interface represents a critical point in the predictability of implant-supported rehabilitations, especially in highly complex clinical situations.

Prosthetic decision-making, combined with the appropriate selection of IPD components, can significantly alter the functional, aesthetic and biological outcomes of cases.

This lecture proposes a technical and integrated approach to addressing complex prosthetic challenges, exploring how customised and versatile prosthetic solutions available in the IPD portfolio can be strategically applied to:

  • correct three-dimensional misalignments and compensate for misalignments between implants;
  • control the emergence profile and manipulate soft tissues for aesthetic predictability and peri-implant health;
  • apply customised components and IPD CAD/CAM solutions in highly complex scenarios.

Real clinical cases with a high degree of prosthetic and surgical complexity will be presented, ranging from single to multiple rehabilitations, with a focus on the integration of digital diagnosis, interdisciplinary planning and clinical execution based on IPD components.

This presentation is aimed at professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of advanced solutions for implant dentistry, with a focus on evidence-based clinical decision-making, technology and experience.

An opportunity to rethink the role of prosthetic interfaces in transforming challenges into clinical success.
