• Diana Ferreira is a medical doctor (OM 52675), trained at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, NOVA University Lisbon.
• She holds a Master’s degree in Palliative Care from the Portuguese Catholic University.
• PhD in the same field from Flinders University, Australia.
• She lived in Australia for seven years, where she also worked as a clinical researcher at the University of Wollongong.
• At the age of 35, she was diagnosed with a rare lymphoma, an experience that inspired a new perspective on health and care.
• She is certified in Lifestyle Medicine and in yoga for oncology settings, and she currently maintains a practice that integrates conventional medicine, lifestyle approaches, and compassion in caring for people with cancer and other chronic illnesses.
