Conference summary

Orthodontics as a modern day specialty is more than a century old. Many orthodontic trends have been through the grind of scientific rigor and established themselves as evidence based modalities in contemporary protocols, while others have fallen by the wayside.

The presentation looks at the top 12 trends (both clinical & research) that will impact orthodontic care in the next 50 years positively, as well as negatively. This lecture will be a mix of clinical showcases, evidence trends and a critique on the orthodontic market- as it exists today!
