Practical Program – Design of RPDs on different schemas of partial edentulism (Kennedy Classes I, II, III, and IV). Design of RPDs on models of actual cases.
Materials required for the Practical Course:
- Four models of partially edentulous patients, correctly articulated (with the occlusal plane parallel to the table);
- A bilateral free-end saddle (Kennedy Class I);
- A unilateral free-end saddle (Kennedy Class II);
- A uni- or bilateral intermediate posterior saddle (Kennedy Class III);
- An anterior intermediate saddle (Kennedy Class IV);
- Black pencil, red pencil, and blue pencil.
