Conference summary
Strategies for preventing complications in orthodontic-surgical treatment are essential for the surgical phase and for ensuring a more effective post-operative orthodontic phase.
Factors such as proper arch derotation, precise planning, and good interdisciplinary communication are crucial for the success of the treatment.
If the various factors presented in this communication are taken into account, we will certainly be able to avoid surgical complications and achieve a better orthodontic finish and occlusal stability.
