Conference summary
Endo-perio lesions are considered complex due to the interrelationship between the pulp and periodontal tissues.
From it’s pathogenesis, commonly results the destruction of periodontal tissues around the teeth, sometimes making no longer possible to maintain the affected piece.
During this conference, the rehabilitation of those extreme cases will be addressed by the use of immediate or differed implantology approach.
