Conference summary
Temporomandibular dysfunction is defined as a set of conditions that affect the masticatory muscles, the temporomandibular joint and associated structures.
This clinical condition increasingly prevalent in today’s society and with great impact on the lives of patients has on early diagnosis and multidisciplinary approach the key to success in the therapeutic process.
In this presentation I will systematize the evaluation of the patient, highlighting his clinical approach and also referring to the current guidelines for diagnosis and treatment from the perspective of the general dentist.
