Conference summary
Autograft is considered the gold standard in terms of bone graft, however there is some degree of morbidity associated with the site of harvest, as well as a set of complications inherent to more invasive surgeries. For regenerative procedures where autograft harvesting is not feasible, alternatives are needed that allow, in a compatible, easy and effective way, to achieve excellent results.
